Sizes and vases
Almost all the arrangements are in the 60cm to 100cm range. Vase sizes are listed on each product page and run from slim vases around 28cm tall to 40cm glass ball vases and 50cm tall cylinders. Use the vase size to judge the footprint on a counter or table:
- Reception desks and side tables: 60cm to 80cm arrangements in slim vases, such as the 60cm berry and delphinium mix or the 70cm red lily display.
- Lobby tables and plinths: 80cm to 100cm pieces in ball or tall vases, such as the 100cm yellow lily and black eucalyptus ball vase.
- Contemporary interiors: foliage-led pieces and metallic accents, like the 80cm purple sunflower and gold leaf display.
Choosing by colour
Pink has the widest choice, followed by green, purple, white, red and yellow, with black, gold, blue and orange accents. Use the colour chips to match a brand palette or a season. For a signature look you can repeat across sites, pick a palette first and then check which lines have the depth you need.
Stock depth
Stock on arrangements is shallower than on single stems, and some lines are out of stock at any given time. Set a minimum-stock chip when you need a matching set, check the live figure before ordering, and keep a second choice in mind; stock is not reserved. If a line runs short, the alternative is to build your own: combine flower stems and foliage stems (sold individually, with 20% off 6 or more multibuy lines) with glass vases, using the flower stem finder.
Delivery and care
Arrangements travel in their vases, so check each delivery on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 24 hours. Dust flowers with a soft brush or cool air, and wipe vases with a glass cleaner. None of the arrangements is flagged UV-stabilised, so keep them out of strong direct sun. Are the arrangements supplied in their vases?
Yes. Every ready-made arrangement is supplied finished in a glass vase, so it can go straight onto a table or counter. The vase dimensions are listed on each product page, and the height shown is the overall height of the arrangement. Each arrangement is sold singly, so you can order individual centrepieces or a matching set across several rooms or sites.
What if an arrangement is out of stock?
Stock on arrangements is shallower than on single stems, and some lines are out of stock at any time. The finder shows live stock so you can choose from what is available, and we do not publish restock dates. If you need a specific look, you can build it from our flower and foliage stems and our glass vases, all sold individually.
How are glass arrangements protected in transit?
Arrangements are packed for delivery with their vases, and larger orders are generally palletised. Please check your delivery on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 24 hours, and any loss within 3 days, so we can arrange a credit or replacement for faulty goods. Take photos of any damaged packaging before unpacking, as this helps us resolve claims quickly.
Can I order matching arrangements for several venues?
Yes, subject to stock. Filter the finder by colour and a minimum-stock chip to see which arrangements can cover your quantity, and check the live figure before ordering, as stock is not reserved. For larger rollouts, a design built from stems and vases can be easier to repeat, because single stems generally carry deeper stock than finished arrangements.
