Terms of service

This website is for trade customers only. By placing an order you confirm you are buying in the course of business. Consumer regulations (including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) do not apply, and consumers may not place orders on this site.

Prices & VAT. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout. A full VAT invoice is supplied with every order.

Minimum order. Each order has a minimum value of £150 excluding VAT. Orders containing packaging boxes only ship with orders over £500 (palletised / flat-packed).

Payment. Orders are shipped proforma (paid up front). We accept card (via Stripe), bank transfer, PayPal, and telephone card payments. We do not offer credit terms to new customers via this site; credit terms may be available via Faire Direct.

Order acceptance. A contract is formed on our dispatch-confirmation invoice. Product specifications and images are illustrative and may vary. We reserve the right to correct manifest pricing errors (greater than 10%).

Delivery, title & risk. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours / one working day of cleared funds. Please report shortages or damage in writing within 24 hours, and goods lost in transit within 3 days. Delivery dates are estimates only.

Liability. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods; consequential loss is excluded. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
