Shipping policy

Minimum order value: £150 + VAT.

Free delivery on all orders over £300. All other orders are sent at a flat rate of £14.99. Expedited next working-day delivery (Monday–Friday, ordered before 10am) is available; the price varies by number of items.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours / one working day of cleared funds. Larger trade orders are generally shipped palletised — please provide any specific delivery instructions when ordering, as pallet re-deliveries are chargeable.

Remote postcodes carry a surcharge and are not eligible for free or next-day delivery: AB31–38, AB40–56, IV1–28, IV30–32, IV36 & 40, IV52–54, IV63, KW1–14, PA21–38, PH4–41, PH49–50, HS, IV41–49, IV51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44, ZE, Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM) and the Channel Islands. This site calculates delivery to UK Mainland only. We ship across Europe — please contact us for a quote.
