Refund policy

As a B2B supplier, all products are sold on a "no return" basis unless otherwise agreed in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty or defective goods may be returned for a credit note or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

Returns by arrangement are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or £25, whichever is greater. Outbound postage is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty.

Please report shortages or damage in writing within 24 hours of delivery, and goods lost in transit within 3 days. To arrange a return, contact sales@leafdesignwholesale.co.uk.
