Everything you need to know about ordering from Leaf Design and receiving your goods.
Ordering
We supply trade customers only — shops, garden centres, florists, hospitality, designers, educational establishments and other businesses. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout; a full VAT invoice is supplied with every order.
To view prices and order you'll need to register for a trade account or log in. We verify your trader status before the first order is processed. Orders are supplied on a proforma basis; we do not offer credit terms.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is £150 ex VAT.

Most in-stock orders are dispatched promptly; your account manager can confirm lead times for large or contract quantities.
Returns
As a trade supplier, goods are supplied on a business-to-business basis and are non-returnable unless agreed in writing within 14 days of delivery. Where a return is agreed, a restocking fee of 20% (minimum £25) may apply. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will always be put right — contact us straight away.
