Height bands and where they work

Our tree range alone has 40 lines at 180cm or taller, topping out at 260cm with pieces such as the 260cm coco palm. At the other end, small potted lines like the 30cm trailing monstera fill desks and shelving.

How to measure the space

• Ceiling clearance: leave at least 30cm to 50cm between the top of a tree and the ceiling, more under downlights or sprinkler heads.
• Planter height: the listed height is the product itself. If you set a potted tree inside a decorative planter, or on legs or a stand, add that to the total.
• Spread: each product also lists width. Check it against walkways, door swings and sightlines, not just floor area.
• Hanging and trailing lines: check the product photos to see how the listed height relates to trail length before planning shelf or ceiling positions; see hanging plants.

Using the filters

Start with the height chips, then narrow by type and colour. If you are fitting out several sites, add a minimum-stock chip of 50 or 100 so the table only shows lines deep enough for the whole rollout, and check the live figure before ordering, as stock is not reserved. Tall trees such as the 180cm extra large palm and stems are all sold individually.
